hi
I’ve never removed the faucet handle, but need to do so to replace some parts Moen sent me.
I believe I need an Allan wrench to remove it, but none of the ones SAE and Metric I have in a set fit.
Anyone know what size it should be on this Moen Integra pullout Kitchen Faucet?
Or, is it some other special type of wrench I have to get from Moen?
Thank you
KC

Remove the little button and you then need a small allen wrench, sorry dont know the size off the top of my head, but it is an allen wrench. You could call them at 1-800-buy-moen

are you sure you have an allen wrench. one should just slip right in and turn the screw. never knew of having to have a special wrench.

Same thing happen to me it would be nice if they would have sent the wrench. One of the hardware stores should carry the wrench just ask someone in the plumbing dept and tell them what you have and they should point you in the right direction. Good Luck hope this works for you.

I couldn’t find an allen wrench to fit but a torx # 15 worked perfect, just keep pressure as you turn

It’s a 7/64ths. hex wrench/allen key that you need. Says so in the installation leaflet I have (INS188).

Not a very commonly used size, and not included in the cheaper allen key sets.

Once you have the handle off, your troubles may not be over.
The pivot assembly parts can get hard to undo over the years.
    Good luck.
