I just bought and installed this faucet today. Unfortunately, it is kind of a lemon for its leakage at the spout. It is one solid piece of metal but there is a tiny small crack about 5 mm below the black arrow marker.

It is a Moen "caldwell" single handle faucet. It was leaking at the base so I changed the o ring. It is still leaking but now the water want flow through the spout either what did I do wrong? Please HELP!
